February……………..here are some photos of the field at the farm and how plants are doing under plastic. the baby red pac choi and cilantro are doing very well, and there are still some other greens and carrots that will be available for harvest. see the newest request form for details. hope you are all well and staying warm. christy

I let you know what i have, you tell me what you want and what day / time slot you'd like it delivered, and i bring it to you. It won't wait around all day, or overnight, and you can get the veggies when you want them, and pick out what you want from the various crops i'll be growing.
